Body Cycle ia a high-energy rhythm based cycling class. Using the beat of the music, we'll sweat it out with high intensity intervals and dance-inspired choreography.

BODY STRONG

Body Strong is a low weight, high rep total body workout preceded by a dynamic warm up and ending with stretch and relaxation. This class encompasses Barre, Yoga, and Pilates moves. This is a low cardio workout but expect an elevated heart rate and of course, get ready to SWEAT!

Athletic shoes are required for this class.

BODYWORX

BodyworX offers a rich variety of intense routines from cardio to resistance training, strength, plyometrics, core work, and more. Using the science of Muscle Confusion, we will constantly switch things up to bust through plateaus and get you the lean, sculpted body you're after. Plus, modifications mean all levels can partake! Using bands, TRX, weights, and body weight you are guaranteed progress with BodyWorX.

BODY BURN

A 45 minute HIIT inspired (high intensity interval training) session designed to boost metabolism, burn fat, build lean muscle and sculpt the entire body. Split into dedicated sections that target lifting and tightening the booty, sculpting and toning beautiful legs, strengthening and tightening the core, and sculpting lean arms, shoulders and back.

Athletic shoes are required for this class.

FITBARRE

FITBarre is a fun and safe TOTAL body reshaping series of exercises completed during a 1 hour class. FITBarre classes use deliberate strength and stretching techniques to reshape bodies and challenge even the strongest athletes. The overall promise is to create long, lean, and strong muscles, without the bulk, by utilizing a balance of ballet, pilates, yoga, and bursts of cardio training. All classes are taught to fun, energizing music.

Grippy socks recommended but not required. 

HIIT

HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training, and alternates intense bursts of activity with slow, controlled, resistance training. This class is 45 minutes long and is much more effective than traditional cardio because it improves both aerobic and anaerobic conditioning, as well as spikes glucose metabolism and fat burning. Come to this class ready to SWEAT!

Athletic shoes are recommended but not required.

PILATES REFORMER

All kinds of exercises are done on the reformer to promote length, strength, flexibility, and balance. Most Pilates reformer exercises have to do with pushing or pulling the carriage or holding the carriage steady during an exercise as it is pulled on by the springs.

Grippy socks are recommended but not required.

RIDE & BURN

Ride & Burn combines a 30 minute BodyCycle ride with 30 minutes of Yoga Burn. You'll sweat it out and then sculpt an amazing physique.

RIDE & RIP

Ride & Rip combines a 30 minute BodyCycle class and 30 minutes of strength training. Build strong, gorgeous muscles with weights, bands, and TRX straps.

TRX

The TRX Suspension Trainer is the original best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your body weight to perform hundreds of exercises. You're in complete control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise by simply adjusting your body position to add or decrease resistance. TRX is a full body workout that helps to build a solid CORE, increases muscle endurance and is accessible to all fitness levels!

VINYASA YOGA

Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Vinyasa has both physical and mental benefits. Physically, sweat releases toxins and re-energizes our bodies. Mentally, the synchronized breathing relaxes the chatter of the mind and helps to release any blockage of energy flow throughout our bodies.
