BarreBurn is a an intensive full body shaping experience designed to thoroughly fatigue each muscle group before deeply stretching it out. Combining Isometric exercises with insights from Pilates, yoga and ballet along with interval training to add a cardio element. This class is designed to create a strong, lean physique. Suitable for all levels.


FITBarre is a fun and safe TOTAL body reshaping series of exercises completed during a 1 hour class. FITBarre classes use deliberate strength and stretching techniques to reshape bodies and challenge even the strongest athletes.The overall promise is to create long, lean, and strong muscles, without the bulk, by utilizing a balance of ballet, pilates, yoga, and cardio training. All classes are taught to fun, energizing music.

Please bring a towel and water to this class. No socks required. 


This class focuses on building core strength, muscle awareness and flexibility through low-impact exercises to create long, lean muscles while building muscular strength and endurance. But this isn’t your ordinary mat Pilates class. Great for all levels and compliments your reformer workouts!


All kinds of exercises are done on the reformer to promote length, strength, flexibility, and balance. Most Pilates reformer exercises have to do with pushing or pulling the carriage or holding the carriage steady during an exercise as it is pulled on by the springs.


Power Yoga is definitely an intense workout that will make you sweat. A traditional Ashtanga practice follows the same series of poses and makes you hold each for five breaths before moving through a Vinyasa. Power Yoga classes move with an even faster rhythm.  


HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training, and alternates intense bursts of activity with slow, controlled, resistance training. This class is 45 minutes long and is much more effective than traditional cardio because it improves both aerobic and anaerobic conditioning, as well as spikes glucose metabolism and fat burning. Come to this class ready to SWEAT!
